Four public information computer terminals are available to search property record and tax information, two in the auditor’s office, one in the treasurer’s office and one in the recorder’s office, all on the second floor of the courthouse. Information is also available on-line, www.ottawacountyauditor.org.

Access to the two Ottawa County Geographic Information System mapping computers are available in the Ottawa County Engineer’s office or on-line, www.ottawacountyauditor.org.

For extensive information requests a formal public records request must be submitted using the form below. The form can be emailed to asktheauditor@co.ottawa.oh.us or dropped off in our office.
